Rich, Sara, James, Samia, Mike and Laurie at the Palazzo
Mike and I spent the weekend in Las Vegas with Samia and James McCall and Sara and Rich Stover. The Cubs and the Mariners were playing their final Spring Training game in Vegas, so we flew down to take in some baseball and soak up the warm sunshine. We stayed at the Palazzo -- Vegas' newest resort and casino. The accommodations were amazing. The food was outstanding. The Cubs won the game we watched. The temperatures were in the low 80's. Everyone who placed a bet won at the casinos! What more could we ask for? All in all, a great weekend.
